I was able to use the “Get Out Of Jail Free” card in Hamilton County Justice Center and also the Juvenile Detention Center. The card works well for an ice breaker. The inmates do not know me and I don’t know them. I believe they appreciate the humor. This opens the door to preach the gospel. Marty

I just received the cards in the mail today. They are AWESOME! God has truly used your creativity to minister His Word to a hurting world. Thank you for your obedience and faithfulness to our Lord. conversation starters. While we are down at the jail, we hand them out and walk away. People usually follow us - it is such an incredible opportunity. They begin to ask questions and we can spend time with them, build relationship. I love these people!

I leave them everywhere I go with tips and in phone booths. I
left one at a Burger King ("I Am In The Book") and the person
who read it came and asked me about the book and how she could be in it. Praise God, I told her and she accepted Jesus.

Greetings in the nameof our Lord,the King of Glory!!!

The witness cards havebeen wonderful.They are an incredible door opener to share Jesus with others.

My ministry partner, Angelita Johnson, and I go to the Pierce County Jail and the Pre-Release Center, both here in Tacoma, Washington.

Usually in the Jail reception area, we have an opportunity to speak to those who are visiting their loved ones.

Inevitably, the conversation will roll around to the King of Kings.
In that environment, we have found people to be very open to the gospel message.

It is not enough, however, to merely give them a two-minute synopsis of the Bible. We desire to establish relationship with people, foster trust, develop rapport so that they are willing to hear what we have to say.

We need to pique their interest. That is what these wonderful
witness cards provide. They give people something to think about, long after we are gone.

They get a bit of the gospel to take along with them. We write our name and phone number on the back of the card, so people (1) associate the scriptural context with us; and (2) know how to reach us when they are thinking about
what they read. IT IS AWESOME!!

Guess what? People really do call and follow-up. They also are sending the cards to their incarcerated family members, who then contact the jail chaplain.

The chain goes on and on. It is not a matter of knowing who we are - that's inconsequential. It's knowing WHOSE we are, so that they gain everything.
